1 star atmosphere due to poor cleanliness inside the bathrooms, one of em don't flush and had alot of feces in it. When I brought it to the attention to the supervisor on duty he advise me to hold the button longer,I told him I did that and he repeated. So it's obvious that's it been a concern for a while. Tim Hortons, CLEAN AND FIX YOU TOILETS!!!

Stopped by this evening with my kid who really wanted a Boston Cream. They were out, but the manager, Tamani, kindly offered to make one fresh for us. She had it ready in just a couple of minutes. Really appreciated her going the extra mile, made my kid’s day!

I ordered an Apple fritter donut and realized there was a LIVE WASP in the bottom of the bag half way through eating it. Extremely unsatisfied with the service, the manager tried to make excuses basically saying it’s normal. Offered me $5 to “make it right”. Never going back here again.
