Absolute worst tim Hortons in Ottawa. Staff are rude and ignore you. Just waited 13 mins, timed it, for an iced Capp. I tried asking 3 employees where it was and the status of my order, they all looked and me and walked away. Tim Hortons has fallen apart and is an embarrassment to the country.

I hate that this place has single bathrooms. One for females, and one for males. Yet everyone time I try to use the female washroom, A men is somehow using it. After paying for my food and waiting over 15 minutes to use the washroom. I finally peaked inside the men's washroom in hopes of using it, and it was disgusting. Gross gross gross.

We had great staff serving us at this location. The place was clean, the prices were good. . We've been to this location both to sit and dine in and also the drive through, the service has been consistently good at this location. . Personally, I prefer Tim's for quick snacks and coffee breaks, maybe breakfast, you can count on some consistency when going to Tim's.

Avoid this location, worst employee are serving in the drive thru window especially Jasmine who was so rude without any reason and has attitude. I was the only car in the drive thru at 7:10am asking for one breakfast sandwich and got that unacceptable behaviour without a reason. They always mess up with the drinks and always make with the unusual taste. One time their scan point machine in the drive thru was not working and they asked to take my cell phone inside to scan the points in the inside machine, they took the phone ran inside and came but after I left I found that they didn’t scan it because points were not added and my offer with 20% off didn’t apply. I was disappointed because I was spending $23. Not going to that location again.
Always friendly. However there was a bee buzzing around the donuts while I stood in line, landing on each one in the case. When I pointed it out to the person at the counter, he was clearly aware and didn’t care. So perhaps look out for any bug legs that may get stuck to the icing on your donut before consuming. ?
Update: Tim Hortons has responded to this review asking for additional feedback... odd. What more do you want to know, and how would I provide it? This feels like a canned response to make it look like they're engaging with reviewers. Weak. Try harder Mr. Horton. Otherwise, be specific on how I can provide more info. Thanks.

Asked to use my points, girl scanned them, didn’t apply them, asked for payment, I asked again to use my points. She did, annoyed, and then gave me the wrong drink and closed the window. Only when the older lady is working do I get the correct order from this location. Speedy drive thru times don’t mean much without quality service.
