The reason I go to tim hortons or McDonald's etc in a drive thru in the morning is to get food already prepared so I can have it hassle free if I'm on the go.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and butter Toasted as usual... what did I recieve, a cold bagel made within seconds since no one was infront of me but as I opened it as well nothing was on it. Butter was in the bag and so was the cream cheese and a knife. I couldn't make my own bagel while driving so had to wait til I arrived into the office and also barely had time to make it and eat it before a meeting. Defeats the purpose of arriving and eating the food made right away. If I wanted to make it myself I'd buy the ingredients for cheaper and make it myself at home. Not sure why they don't make the sandwiches or etc anymore.

Awful rude conniving behaviour from staff. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to and I’m never going back. Your staff needs to fix their attitude problems and listen better when people are ordering. I’m done with all of it.
Best coffee, best 12 grain bagel in Canada.. Service is always kind and good. The other servings also attractive but I have not tried any else than muffins, which are good as well..

Everything in the display case was full. The floors and bathrooms were clean. They made our drinks pretty quickly, but it wasn’t that good.

Absolute worst tim Hortons in Ottawa. Staff are rude and ignore you. Just waited 13 mins, timed it, for an iced Capp. I tried asking 3 employees where it was and the status of my order, they all looked and me and walked away. Tim Hortons has fallen apart and is an embarrassment to the country.
