I have always been impressed by the extremely prompt and friendly service provided by staff at this Tims location even though they experience some very large "rushes" of clients!!!! ?Parking: More than enough parking spaces available and the parking lot blends right into the drive-thru which makes it even more convenient for the people who are driving.

Very disappointed. Really looking forward to a yummy loaded bowl. They didn’t bother to clarify they were sold out of the slow cooked chicken. The crispy chicken was lukewarm and chewy. Not crispy at all. The whole bowl tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Not going back any time soon.

I went twice to this time Hortons this morning about 3 hours apart. The woman taking drive through orders entered my order in correctly both times which I could see on the screen. Both times I corrected her and all she did was verbally confirm the change but didn’t bother making the change to my actual order on the screen. Both times I confirmed AGAIN at the window what I had asked for and was assured my order was correct, and both times it wasn’t. She was quite literally being too lazy to take the 10 seconds to fix her mistake and ensure that I was getting what I paid for. And don’t get my started on her rude condescending attitude. Not sure why she is working in the service industry if she can’t be bothered to provide service…
