I’m not sure what is going on lately at this location that I have been a customer of for about 20 years, but what I am sure of…it is very poorly managed. I was there about a month ago in the afternoon and the place closed. No signs explaining why. Just closed. They are constantly running out of food items which of course will happen occasionally but here it happens regularly. Hash browns on an early Saturday morning…seriously! I have never written a bad review until now. What prompted me to do so was my experience yesterday. I ordered a ham and cheddar and was told by the woman serving me that Tim Hortons has discontinued that sandwich…meanwhile from what I can see it is still being offered on all their menus. Was this a lie? I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on a bun…it came on a small square bun and was charged about 50 cents more than the offer price in their app. I’m done. I will not be going back. There too many other establishments that appreciate their customers and actively go above and beyond to give good service

This is the Worst Tim Hortons I have ever visited. Today I ordered 2 pizza even though I am the first customer there (No busy), he begin to make it after 20 min.

Service is embarrasing for the owner of this business. They have 2 complete lost employees working Aug 6 5pm totally ignoring the line inside to give 100% attention to the drive-thru. Watch the cameras and you'll bw amazed how long they make your customers wait without apology!

Drive through service is very good. But for dine-in, it's OK or good at best. Tables are always crummy, and depending on who's serving you, it can be friendly. (Since they renovated the building the atmosphere is great) This location is TERRIBLE for mobile orders. I did mobile orders twice before, but never again. Both times, my orders were not even acknowledged until I showed them I had in fact ordered at their location. My order was sitting on their screen the whole time, and they finally served me 20 minutes after I showed them (That's after I had already waited 10 minutes in case they were just slow on the order, but realizing that hadn't event acknowledged my order). Never had a problem with the food quality, it's the average Tim Hortons Experience. In short, this location is great if you use the drive through or inside for the atmosphere food. Edit: There is always something being burned inside the store, sometimes smells like burnt plastic and sometimes like burnt bread. This is the only Tim Horton’s which has this issue.
Avoid this location unless you are only getting drinks or going through the drive thru. Anyone going inside automatically gets moved to the end of the list for priority when it comes to food orders. As long as cars keep going through they’ll always get their orders first.

Avoid this location like the plague. They consistently mess up orders and change the orders without letting you know. Went to this location earlier today and was told to pull to a parking spot after going through the drive thru. I ordered 2 farmers sandwiches, a plain bagel with cream cheese and a boston cream. The sandwiches came without eggs, there was only cream cheese in the center of the bagel, and the boston cream frosting was melted beyond belief. They did not inform me that the sandwiches had no egg before charging me the full price for them. Terrible customer service and completely dishonest. Avoid!
