Discusting service from this Wendys no wonder the reviews match my experience. Ordered at 10:30 a.m when lunch starts. I received practically plain burgers just a dot of ketchup and 1 ring of an onion on it. The meat on the burger wasn't even hot and lunch just started! The poutine had barely any gravy on it. Absolute waste of money and disgrace.

When she took our order it was ok . But she gave us bad service with food... We bought poutine she gave us so little gravy that it's not poutine it's fries with gravy drizzle... She needs to get more training how to serve customer... She should have mentioned they are out of gravy instead of giving me bad poutine.. the name of the server is Carime....

We got meals and the drinks taste like chlorine, it made us sick, been on the toilet for awhile with cramps and a horrible taste in my mouth, almost considering going to the hospital for food poison 🤢🤢

My experience had always been positive in the past. I drove here despite the fact that I'm closer the other location at Innes Rd. However, my latest order came out disappointing on everything. The meat was dry and did not offer the usual taste that always brings me to Wendy's. I got the Garlic Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger, Double. The mushrooms + sauce were salty and I missed the bacon if there were any. Fries and Coffee were cold.

I found not one string of hair but practically a hole head of it in my ceaser salad. I know it’s not mine cause it was blonde and my hair is jet black.

Location was very clean. The soda machine was a tad sticky but that was after a bunch of customers used it, to be expected. The staff were friendly, from the cashier taking our order to the gentleman who layed out our food for us. Food was fresh. It was good for a fast food place. We did not wait long either. Parking was also good. The only downside is the doordash drivers park right in the drive thru lane, but that has nothing to do with Wendy's.

This store is a disaster, do not come here if possible. Every other wendy's is fine, but this ones service is slow (25+ minutes for 2 orders at 6PM). Everyone has been waiting for a super long time and is miserable. They also messed up the orders of our entire group of 3, not giving a drink, adding extra stuff onto orders without asking.
The frosty was more of a milkshake, not a frosty. It was pure liquid. Disappointed at price I paid for that If they knew that why did they still serve thru drive thru
