Terrible terrible terrible!!! Not busy for a Wednesday evening maybe three tables to be waited on. While waiting for our meal, I was watching the cook (can’t really call him a chef) using his bare hands picking up the food he was serving. I asked the waitress whether they used tongs in their kitchen and she replied they are supposed to. I told her I’ve been watching him using his hands. She went and spoke with him at which time I could see he put a glove on but it didn’t last long. Wished I had my phone to video his actions. We were told the order was ready and I told her I didn’t want it after it had been touched and possibly cross contaminated. She placed a fresh order and even then it still took more time and it was cold and dry. No compensation was offered but she was thrilled to present the bill. Very disappointed wont be going back but deserves a call to health inspection. Owner should seriously consider food preparation safety and service training for employees after the number of negative posted reviews and reported experiences.

Decided to go for dinner yesterday (new years day) it was the only wild wings open in Ottawa. Based on our experience. They should have stayed closed as well. There was one server and one cook. Both the owners of the establishment. Service was slow (wasn’t busy) food took forever and was cold. All 5 of us ordered wings with poutine and all five were stone cold. All that was offered was 50% off on one of the orders. Wings were blah. I usually go to the one on prince of whales. Never had an issue there. I will not be returning to this location. Buyer beware

Sitting more than 1 hour without any of our food arriving at our table and the server asking us if we need anything because we have been starring at them for 15 minutes.
The waitress says : « and? »
We ask again where our food is, and then she says « 5 minutes ».
She then comes back and sais « I’m sorry, we lost your order»
We tell her just bring us the bill for our drinks and she then replies « this is on us »
Let’s see what they charge us for this family night out.
Absolutely unacceptable.

Our server was very pleasant. Food came out hot and quick. We both enjoyed our chicken wings. Thank you again!

I’ve been coming to this location for over a decade to watch hockey and UFC on Saturday nights, and it’s frustrating how far downhill things have gone. My last two visits were rough, but last night was the breaking point. They couldn’t get a single hockey game on any TV, and once the early UFC prelims were over, they weren’t able to show the rest of the prelims from 8–10 pm before the PPV.
For a place that markets itself as a sports bar, this is unacceptable. Having quality food and live sports available should be the absolute bare minimum at a Wild Wing. If you can’t deliver either reliably, what’s the point of going?
It got to the point where we just left to watch hockey and the UFC somewhere else, because staying made no sense.
This used to be a dependable spot, but right now it’s not even close. I really hope they get things back on track, because regulars shouldn’t have to deal with this.
I must say that the bad review does not include the service crew, the servers were doing a fine job and this issue was completely out of their hand.

This place absolutely sucks. The wings taste like they’re out of a box and the sauces have no flavour or heat. Somehow the wings came out cold too. Avoid at all costs - the place is also dirty as hell so I should have figured

Spent $70 for the most dry, overcooked wings I've ever had. Sauce is the only good thing they have going on. Wings are wildly overcooked.
Consistently yummy wings!
