We have been trying to get to Nina’s for 2 years. Finally got there tonight and it was truly a pleasure to eat fabulous Italian cuisine served by top tier staff in an intimate setting. We won’t be waiting that long to return. We are penciling in our calendar to visit at least once every couple of weeks. Thank you for an amazing experience!

My husband brought me to Nina’s Fornetto for the first time last night for my birthday. We were immediately greeted and decided to eat on the patio (the best table with the best views). My husband wanted to have an intimate, romantic dinner for my 33rd birthday and that’s exactly how it was at Nina’s. The weather was beautiful and we listened to the geese take off and land on Carthew Bay. The food was AMAZING. We had bruschetta, chicken parm and manicotti. The bruschetta was the best I’ve ever had and the main courses were delicious! Our server (Dawn) brought me out tiramisu for dessert and even sang “Happy Birthday” to me as she brought it to the table.
We will definitely be back. It’s so nice to have a beautiful, delicious restaurant so close to home.

Great little place with patio overlooking the lake. We had gnocchi with steak and poached pear salad and it was awesome. I love their Italian music.

Exceptional gem of a restaurant in oro-Medonte. They did a great job with the renovation and their patio is a must visit with an incredible view of the water. Pastas are delicious! Our group had the penne ala vodka, lasagna and seafood linguine. Generous sizes and you can tell they're made with care and attention. We loved the caesar salad and poached pear. Service was attentive and staff is friendly. We will be returning and we're excited to have discovered this place. We only tried the limencello cheesecake but we will be back.
We came on a rainy evening with our small dog, we knew we had to sit on the patio and the staff went above and beyond—setting up umbrellas for shelter and even making a special salmon meal for our pup. They were so kind to her. Food was amazing, service outstanding, and the waterfront patio is beautiful. Can’t wait to return on a sunny day. If you are wondering our pup gives it a🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 five paw review too!

We love this place!! An awesome little restaurant on the water with an outdoor patio. They really fixed it up nice with a warm, cozy and welcoming environment. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Joanna served us. What an amazing lady! She gave outstanding service. We got the escargot which was amazing and our absolute favorite was the Vitello Portobello Veal cutlet in brandy cream sauce and portobello mushrooms served with grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes. So flavorful and very delicious, cooked to perfection!! Also Joanna told us they are open all year round..another bonus! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!! I give this place a 10+ rating

Only downfall was the music. We felt like we were going to a funeral. I have been to other Italian restaurants where they play more upbeat music I.e. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin etc. Plus it was a tad too loud.
