There is no reason I should be stuck in the drive through for fifteen minutes at lunch because for whatever reason it took that long to make one single sandwich for the person two cars ahead of me. Figure out a “drive ahead and we’ll bring it out for you” situation because that was ridiculous. And top it off without a single acknowledgement or apology from staff for the extended and seemingly nonsense delay.
They got slammed this past weekend due to the festival which is why so many complaints. When i was there also during this time they were out of a lot of things but communicated clearly and were very friendly and apologetic

I usually get what I order and they are often busy at this location. Today was no exception. I normally get good service but they seemed out of sorts today. Always a place for coffee and snack.
