Absolutely delicious delicious food! Each of us had pork schnitzels and potato pancakes. Helpful and kind ladies. Very clean and organized. Our favorite place to stop on the highway. When we need to make a trip to pick up supplies the bonus is we get to eat here ?
Seen it on the map, glad we made the stop. Food so good make your grand mother cry. ALSO has small groceries from the motherland. Service so good if you're from Southern Ontario you won't know what you've missed. CANNOT EXPRESS HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS!!! I bought food then watching it get cooked bought more for the next day it was so good and I'm so glad I did. #willingtodobadthingsforyourfood

We looked at reviews and the menu on line. We decided to try it. First off it said they had coffee and tea. They have neither and said they had not for awhile. They do a lot of takeout or people sit outside at picnic tables. Inside they have 4 tables. You order off the menu above the counter. My husband had veal schnitzel, potato pancake, and beet salad. He said the schnitzel and the potato pancake were overdone. I had cabbage rolls and potato and cheese perogies. Canned pop or bottles of water are your choice of drink. My perogies were fine but my cabbage rolls were only warm on top and cool on the bottom. But a decent size servings. The staff were fine and helped you with choices. But they were really busy for takeout so could not spend to much time with you. They have shelves of items you can buy. We were the only people would ate inside. Most were takeout or sat outside at the picnic tables. Cabbage rolls are homemade and a good size. I brought one home to heat up later at home.

If you have a craving for a good piece of schnitzel, look no further than this highway stop. Located beside the Petro-Canada with plenty of parking. I was told everything is homemade, including their delicious house schnitzel sauce. There are three types of meat to choose from, with a huge selection of toppings. Have it in a sandwich or on its own. Everything is prepared, so things just need to be re-heated. Their cabbage rolls are excellent as well. A worthy stop while driving on Highway 11.

OMG so delicious and even better than their southbound location. The schnitzel sandwich is amazing and has a huge list of toppings. They also have a little grocery section of European items, including the great paprika.Several booths to sit at and enjoy your delicious meal along with the lovely service.Definitely worth a stop on your way up North.
Love this place. Stop here every time we travel up to our Trailer in Emsdale. Really enjoy the pork schnitzel sandwich on an onion bun.

The variety, quality and flavour of the food is magnificent. Pierogis are proper soft yet also crispy, chicken schnitzel is wonderful, and the potato pancakes/salad were fire.Equally as important to our experience was the customer service. Evalina, the owner, was wonderful to chat with and has the best smile. Super helpful, patient, even though we arrived 10min prior to closing.PS - lots of other goodies, sugary and dried and chocolatey and chipsy. Frozen vacuum sealed options of the food also available.10/5 would recommend.
