“We have been getting cakes here for years. This year we ordered a cake with a photo on it and it was absolutely amazing! The photo quality was next level and they added sprinkles to match the colours in the photo which was such a nice touch/surprise. My son was so happy with his cake. Always a 10/10.”

Our waiter Mike was incredible 🥰 The service and food was exceptional and before we left we made another reservation. My husband and I are Italian and the food has such deep flavour all made to perfection, everything from the start to the very end (appetizers to dessert) was the BEST ! We both left there so extremely satisfied… experience it yourself - you will NOT be disappointed. It’s our favourite restaurant now, hands down beats any other restaurant in Orillia. Worth every dollar spent there. Can’t wait to go there again ❤️”

“1-Follow up on reservations for my party by the restaurant hours ahead-and seating location was as requested.Notified we had two for service that day -Catt /Makayla .2-Informed both-we were catching up our once a month chit/chat and they informed us of the menus - etc —choices were made on our part with both of them checking on our various selections and keeping things flowing all the time.-questions of changing salad dressings with our selections-just one of the changes after that a few more but never gave the suggestion to us that it was any problem.-Several times we were asked how are things going-was there any thing we did not have or do we wish to change anything that was just not what we thought we were Ordering from the menus. We said no and they said enjoy your time .We did and again we left knowing that is a place in Barrie you might wanted to add to seek and find list of where to eat in Barrie,Ontario soon.”

“September 16 our party of 5 visited Bacio Trattoria for the first time. What a delight! The menu is authentic and elegant Italian. The service was attentive but not over bearing. We enjoyed a complimentary Lemoncello with the Chef/owner for the perfect end to a great evening and dinner. We'll be back!”

“Have heard about Napoli on various media pages for years…. Have wanted to try but never pulled the trigger…..until last night! Absolutely fantastic pizza! Crust was still a bit soft (good)….not too thin…perfectly done! Ordered the deluxe (my standard since I was a kid), the toppings were over the top! Sauce stood out as a key satisfier, the perfect balance of tang and herbs…. To top it all off the engagement from our delivery driver set the standard for what we were to experience. She was pleasant, engaging, and very personable. You know you’re going to pay a bit more because of their County location and delivery charge - and you may have to wait a little longer for delivery…….but the pizza is worth it!! 9.5 out of 10…..Napoli is now our Go To for pizza”
