Picnic seems to be our go-to at the moment. Great food, and good value - especially on 2 for Tuesday. Delicious!!
Like it's sister Italian restaurant in Barrie, this venue innovates with the meals by not insisting on being Mexican only. The result is a pleasant and tasty surprise at reasonable cost. The small space makes the place a bit loud at times.
Our first dinner at Picnic was a wonderful surprise. The service we received from Jack and Emma was perfect from the time we sat down to the end of our meal. 4 of us shared a bunch of items on Jacks recommendation and were honestly blown away by everything. We started with Guac and Chips and even though the Guacamole was delicious, I recommend skipping it and diving into the specialty items. I'm still thinking about the burrata and pumpkin dish.
