This is the second year I’ve had Chef Laura cater my family Christmas party! Her gluten free and vegan dishes were absolutely delicious-moist, not dry and perfectly seasoned!! It is a privilege to have such an amazing gluten-free bakery in the same city I live in. Their butter tarts and cookies are amazing.Today I tried the chocolate cupcake (GF/dairy free) and it is the best cupcake (GF or regular) I've had in Canada. One of the best of my life. My wife, who is not on a gluten free diet, agrees that it's one of the best cupcakes she's ever had.Thank you! I will definitely become a regular customer :)
