First time customer. I ordered the chicken sandwich with yang nyeom sauce, and fries. I must say, it was one of the most amazing chicken burgers I have ever tried. Packed with such delicious, distinct flavours that you won’t find anywhere else. I am only giving the food 4 stars because I have much more to try when I come back and I know that when I do, I will not be disappointed. I will be back here to update my review to a full 5 stars very soon. Thank you for the delicious food! Everyone should come to this place at least once in their lifetime, you will not regret it!!

Ban Ban used to be one of my favourite places to order food from. It used to be so good I couldn’t stop eating it and I’d end up eating a whole box of chicken.

I just ordered it for takeout for the first time in a little while.

I don’t know if they just had a bad night or if this is the standard of quality now, but I am shocked at how bad it was. The chicken, breading, and sauce was so different, much lower quality than I remember.

Maybe they just had a bad night, but for the price I am not taking that gamble again. That is the last time I EVER order food from here. So disappointing, this literally ruined my evening.

Let me start off with the good. The service was great, the server packed my items very nicely. The cook time was not very long at all. I used the bathroom, which was very clean. Everything about my experience was great from the packaging, the bun, the sauce, the fries were amazing. The only huge reason for me why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because of the chicken. It was not good, it was stringy, seemed old, and overcooked. I was really disappointed because everything else about my experience was amazing except for the most important part, the chicken.

Ban Ban has amazing food. Hands down. I have been here many times and will keep going. But had somewhat of a sour experience when I wanted to bring a group of 14 people to have dinner here.

They have party deal where you order for 300+ and you could get the place for yourself for a couple of hours. Looked perfect for tgis dinner. But then when you try to order a BanBan which is a combo of of two flavors of fried chicken they say no, cant do that.

So i said okay, I'll simply come as a usual dine-in, and then pre-placed the order with my choice of BanBans, and some other items as well. The order was worth 300+ and usually restaurant businesses like taking big orders from big groups. But BanBan is slightly different, after the order was placed they mentioned an extra 15% charge for groups bigger than 6 people. The 15% would have been more than an order of a BanBan combo!

So I gave up, called Chicken and Dough, and they didn't have any such hurdles, I called ahead of time, placed the order and arrived and ate good food with my company.

I wish we could have done this at BanBan.

The rose rice cakes was amazing needed me meat but the sauce was amazing in it amd the fried chicken was super crispy and delicious the yeangyeum sauce was not my favorite I've had but wasn't bad at all but wasn't anything compared to the rose sauce everything was perfectly cooked I'll definitely be back I was surprised to find out there was other locations very much felt like a normal local fried chicken place so I guess it worked seemed like a family place energy only complaint is it was very empty besides delivery drivers taking up alot of servers time

Had a really nice experience here. The chicken was fresh, flavourful and service was quick. The staff especially Samikshya was very kind, welcoming, and checked in to make sure everything was good. Thank you to the whole team for the great service. Will definitely come back again!

Great place for Korean Fried Chicken, didn’t disappoint, the food tasted amazing. All fresh and delicious.
The snow fries are amazing, same as the corn, and thank you so much for letting me buy a side of kimchi.

Sadly we were too hungry to take picture but all looked great! Can’t wait to try it again.
