This little bistro is quite quaint. The server was extremely nice & attentive. The food came out in a timely manner & was really good. My only issue is that out front they have an outdated menu compared to the ones inside & the inside menus are a bit crumbled. The price difference is about $3 which isn’t a lot but knowing the true prices upfront would be nice. I definitely will go back here when I’m in the area.
I had tomato soup to start then had a steak salad. Delicious fresh ingredients. Steak was delicious and all the stuff in the salad was too! The server Barbara was so pleasant and attentive. Will be back!
Amazing food, amazing service and the best coffee I’ve ever had. The shakshuka was unbelievable and cooked to perfection. New favourite breakfast spot in Oshawa.

Based on the reviews, Berry Hill Bistro is a fantastic brunch spot with great food, great atmosphere, and even better staff. The food is excellent, with perfect presentation and taste. Specific meals mentioned include the Eggs Benny with spinach and mushrooms, the Eggs+, and a steak made to a perfect medium rare. The little baked goods at the table were a hit. The (virgin) mimosa was delicious with fresh squeezed juice. The coffee was great too. For events, they delivered food on-time that was fantastic, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. They are able to accommodate everyone's taste, including vegetarian and vegan friends. The staff, especially a server named David, is described as incredible, very attentive, friendly, and kind. The service is amazing. Sara and Jorge run the restaurant and participate actively in the Durham Region Community. The location is excellent, across the street from a large parking lot. The atmosphere is great. People definitely recommend it and see themselves coming back.
