Ordered a veggie sandwich with cheese on Skip the Dishes. Modified it to include mayo and mustard.
Nowhere on StD does it say that if you modify to add condiments you also have to select the veggies instead of just getting them like you would if you didn’t modify.
When I called the store to complain, the manager basically said there was nothing they could do, and basically said it was my fault.

I think five guys is great. HOWEVER, today was the third time I ordered from them in the past few months and all three times they made the wrong order, missing several toppings and a crucial topping that I pay more for - bacon. Luckily I didn’t drive home first and then drive back like the past two times because we were dining in. Just a heads up for any other customers: check your order before leaving!
