“It's a mortifying but still kinda nice experience when you visit a place often enough that every employee knows your name and order on sight. Everyone is super friendly, the drinks are delicious, and the pearls are consistently a nice chewable texture (sadly uncommon with boba)“

“I arrived to the store very early, just after opening. The man working hadn’t fully finished setting up for his day, but quickly stopped and attended to me cheerfully. Because the menu board wasn’t loaded yet I asked about a smoothie I had remembered from last summer but couldn’t remember the name of. He told me what it was called but also that it wasn’t on the menu yet because it is a limited edition item coming soon. I began looking at the now loaded boards to make a decision and he walked to check his freezer. He informed me that it looked like he had what was needed to make what I was asking for and made it for me happily. I understand mornings are busy and often hard to get through, so I appreciate his kindness and great customer service. I’d never been to this location before, but I catch the train near by multiple times a week, and my experience this morning although nothing crazy or over the top will make me a regular. To the man who’s name I didn’t catch, thank you, from a girl who hates mornings but loves kindness:)“

“I don't visit Booster Juice often, when I do it doesn't disappoint.

Today I tried the Mango Hurricane which contains: pineapple juice, strawberries, mangos, passion fruit, guava, and probiotic yogurt.

The store was tidy, the woman who served me was friendly, efficient and got me on the move quickly.

The smoothie was tasty, refreshing and I thought a decent value. Could I make the same thing at home? 100%. As an occasional treat on the go, it hits the spot.“

“The classic “Puffs” - small round donuts, are vegan with multiple sauce options. They are indicated on the menu with a little green leaf next to them. “Excellent customer service! I stopped by just to ask for some ice because of the hot weather. The employee was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the ice didn’t fit into my bottle, he even filled an entire cup with ice for me without hesitation. It’s such a small gesture, but it made a big difference and really brightened my day. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism—I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!“
