Today it was a very busy evening, but the customer service was maintained professionally. the staff were helpful and polite. the quality of service was very good,and i am satisfied.
The puffs are really good. It can take a while to get your order but they make them fresh which I appreciate. I rather wait a bit and ensure I am getting the freshest batch. I don’t get why others are complaining about. Would choose this to be my go to dessert over any other dessert! The customer service was excellent and I always get samples to try which makes deciding what flavours I want much easier.
Mr. Puffs is a great spot for fresh, crispy loukoumades with tons of different flavours, though the wait can be long when it's busy. The treats are light and delicious, but prices are a bit high for what you get.
