I would say something, but I don’t want to sound and be…… but certain cultures working at this location and others I HAVE EXPERIENCED, how should I say it without being and sounding rude and disrespectful, rude, DONT LISTEN, PAY ATTENTION, attitude and DONT HAVE COMMON SENSE TO BE FRIENDLY, nice and just a simple I apologize, I will correct it but give bare attitude and don’t want too fix it smh ??♀️ it’s annoying. ?
Usually my visit here is fine. But for the past two days, in a row I've had some issues with a staff member I was unable to obtain the name of.I've placed mobile orders two days in a row. The first day i ordered multiple items and grabbed one drink that was already prepared, as the staff leave the items on a counter for you to grab when you pickup. 99% of the time, the place is nice and clean. The staff is very pleasant, and many of them now recognize me cause I come in pretty much every day.
