Recently Visited their very bad Rude Response to a customer service.kyle Who was the manager didn’t get his training properly, Employess working on food station not wearing a hair net,Kyle Who was the manager said these Things Happen.Wth You are on Manager you have to make sure these things don’t happen.He is supporting,Very rude behaviour and very unprofessional response to a customer Complaints.He seem like he thinking he the Owner,Without listening He said have a good day and walk offBuddy, If u don’t like your job stay at home, don’t come to ruin someone day.Management Need to look on it and provide proper training.

Im not one to complain about service or leave bad reviews, however this is the only location in my 25 years on this earth where ive had to wait 10 minutes to be served when there was only 1 person in front of me.The staff doesnt smile, doesnt ask how my day is and to make it worse the coffee was burnt on top of the waiting and disservice.Please please improve

I went to the drive thru and order breakfast and when I pulled up to the window a girl came up to the window and rudely said to me next time you order a breakfast sandwich MAKE SURE next time you don’t want sauce to say it at the being of your order not at the end of your order I spoke to the manager on duty and she didn’t seem to concerned about the other girls behaviour. I think that this location has the worst customer service ever

I don’t do this much but I felt the need to leave a review, ordered a bagel and iced coffee and I can’t even explain how bad this coffee is, it taste like it was made 3 days ago & my bagel came cold with huge chunks of unspread butter on it. Waste of time & money

99% of the time, the place is nice and clean. The staff is very pleasant, and many of them now recognize me cause I come in pretty much every day. There are occasional mistakes, but in general, the service is fantastic. I like the place.Dietary restrictions: Everything is labeled with health and calorie count per serving. Also, if there is an ingredient that you may be allergic to or you sply dolike, you can request it off most of the time.Wheelchair accessibility: There is accessibility for wheelchair traffic, and most tables can be used with wheelchairs.

Impossible to get dark roast coffee after 9pm.. 2 nights in a row we were told they ran out and we come to this location about 10 times per week on average.Otherwise this is probably the best Tim's. Coffee is always piping hot. Service is usually outstanding. Very clean inside with plenty of seating
