Have been here and ordered multiple times and always forget to leave a review... this is the only place I found idli to be so soft and the cocunut chutney is so delicious... have tried their dahi puri medu vada masala dosa plain dosa and classic uttapam and cardamom tea and coffee as well and all are so delicious... uttapam is so crispy and soft in the middle like I love and whenever I crave dosa and idli this is the only place I go to or order... the staff is so courteous... the place is clean too... would highly recommend this place

We had a live dosa counter from here for a backyard event. The food was great. Prashant and team was very professional and easy to work with right from the start. He gave us good pricing. He and his team came prepared with everything, setup quickly and cleaned up at the end as well. If you're looking for live food counters for any event I would recommend this place.
Iv had more for less price and better taste
Best Dosa place in Oshawa
love the staff and food!!
Portions are small and not filling. Very disappointed.
Amazing customer service. Edward really took great care of us. He was so patient even at the closing time.

This is my third time ordering the chicken curry roti from My Roti Place, and it never disappoints in flavor. The curry is rich, well-spiced, and pairs perfectly with the soft, flaky roti. My only consistent issue is the portion of chicken—it always feels a bit on the lighter side. Otherwise, the dish is delicious every time and definitely worth coming back for.
Im regular to this restaurant from last 2 years, but whoever was working on the night of march 30 just messed up so much that i and my family will not be back to this place. I ordered a spice my idealy, masala dosa and sambar vada and told the guy that my wife just had denture procedure so please dont put any lentils in the spice my idly.
The guy had the earbuds on the whole time just shakes head and guess what put lentils in the spice my idly. When complains about this he just started talking rudely and said what you want me to do.
After and argument and dealing with this idiot he started prepping the order again. But i had a feeling he gona mess with my food so i stay @ the counter to make sure he dont mess arround the food.
In total that guy just ruin our night out and definitely will not be back to this place.
Suggestion- when cx making an order atleast stop the music in airpods or just plug one in. Rather than shaking the head and not making the order correctly.
We did order two dosa’s and some other food items. The Chef was so rude he was treating us like we don’t understand the South Indian cuisine.
There was another couple that was asking him if he could add some onions in there dosa and he refused it saying it’s not company policy to modify any of the item . I was super surprised to see how he was treating his co-worker . I usually don’t do reviews a lot but this one I had too . Will not recommend at all to anyone.
Amazing Dosa place , there dosas are perfectly crisp and other south indians dishes two
Reached there 10pm because it closes on 11.15pm .
At the door, the boy who was working there said it was slow so he switched off machines early and can't take us. We literally drove from toronto to oshawa just for this dosa place.
