Came back to edit rating upon proprietor request.

1) chain restaurants, while great at consistency are usually mediocre at experience and atmosphere, osmow's is no different, good albeit a little greasy for my taste, efficient production and delivery to the customer, cavernous store front results in an atmosphere that is loud and somewhat cold deters me from eating in. Will I eat your food again? Yes absolutely. Is it my favorite shawarma? No, but it's...

Osmow's is one of our favorite meals. Hubby and I always get the same take out. We got 2 large Chicken on the rox, garlic sauce, and hot topped with onions and green peppers. Today was no different as I stopped at the oshawa location to pick up and bring home. Once it was ready, I got in my vehicle and made the 2.5 hour drive home only to find out there was NO hot sauce at all on either one. What a huge disappointment.
