One of the most horrible, unpleasant experiences my family and myself ever dealt with through a drive through window at Wendy's on September 20th around 8:55pm. The women that was working was so rude and ignorant. All I ask was for a receipt. I got my receipt after a minute with total attitude and then she slammed the window. Ordered through uber & Wendy’s forgot the salad and gave us all the wrong drinks…. I reordered the salad as it was my moms meal and a baked potato.. waited another 20 minutes and it finally got here.. they didn’t have the sour cream for the potato, forgot the salad dressing.. the cheese and croutons… honestly someone needs to pay attention in the orders…
Everyone had no idea what they were doing. I got a poutine, and the cheese curds are slightly frozen, the receipts weren't working, and to took us 10 minutes to get our food ordered. Mind you, we were first in line the whole time
