Went through drive thru. Was asked to pull over and wait in the parking lot. After 25 minutes I went into the store and they handed me the bag with my order. I said it would've cold now. Was told no it would be ok because it was under the light. Drive home (5 min). The fries were cold and the chicken strips warm at best

This is the worst Wendy's ever. They never have someone taking orders at the front so the line just grows and grows until someone finally comes to the cash. Wrong orders are constant and they never think to give you condiments. Will is useless and miserable so if he is in charge there, something needs to change.

Order the Chilli cheese nachos now 3rd time in row...hardly any Chilli I counted 5 actual beans with next to no sauce on the nachos...dry as dirt and few nachos and even less cheese...not worth it gave them 3 chances on 3 different weeks and days but same result ....same thing happened at port perry Wendy's also....no more going to Wendy's for me

I normally come by here when I'm close but never again. In the last 3 months, I waited more than 30 min just to order food, and anther 30 min to receive the food (just for fries). It never was this bad before, and they now have so little staff to even run the drive-through and front counters.

Waited over a half hour in the drive thru and an additional ten minutes at the window before even being acknowledged.. food was cold.. ice in drink was melted already.. and the order wasn’t even correct… what are these employees doing?? Worst fast food experience ever… offered a free small fry for the inconvenience and that was also not hot… congrats Harmony Wendy’s for sucking so bad!

Went into this wendys earlier this night and once I got in I waited in line all by myself while multiple employees would walk past and look at me for 15 minutes. Then finally when an employee came and got my order it took another 10 minutes to get me my food when there was max 2 people once I looked into the drive through and 1 other Uber eats driver in the restaurant getting food.

They got new coke machines at drive through. The setting is off and diet coke tastes like water. I told them a few times and I always ask to get my drink from the old machine. Each time is a process and they treat me badly with their facety attitudes. I'm not sure why the feedback isn't reaching management. Go try the diet coke from the old machine then try from the new machine and see how the new one taste like soda water.Also your staff are rude and need to learn how to work with customers instead of getting upset if we ask for a drink switch and give feedback.

The salad I got looked great at first but come to find the Lettuce is mostly rusted and soggy, thr apples were mushy as if this salad was made days ago. Hardly any chicken on it as well which is unfortunate. Not good at all. The customer service at this location had gotten better but the food quality has gone down drastically.
