Palm Court Restaurant and Bar

I recently had a truly disappointing experience, largely due to the abysmal service provided by our waitress. From the moment we sat down, her demeanor was curt and unwelcoming. It felt as though we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
The food itself was mediocre, but even if it had been exceptional, the poor service would have overshadowed it. I left Restaurant feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to be prepared for potentially subpar service and a waitress who clearly lacks basic customer service skills.

My order was Ck Fried-Rice, Ck Chowmein & Singapore Noodles. I was eating a combination of the Singapore Noodles & Chowmein and WHY am I finding a piece of scotch take in my food? This was in the section of the Singapore Noodles. This is very Disappointing!! Thank god my child wasn't eating it.

Had the Palm Court chow mein with chicken on top. The food was amazing made with love. Tried their rum punch which was absolutely delicious. Thanks for the great food customer service and the nice waitress that served me my rum punch. Will definitely be back .

Great Place, Nice Vibe, Good Food! I came in with my boyfriend on a busier day and was served by Jahleena. She went Above and beyond with her service. She made sure to constantly check up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I don’t think there was ever a minute where we didn’t have drinks and there was never a time where we had to request to be checked on. seeing as the restaurant was packed that day her fast and reliable service was GREATLY appreciated. The chicken wings were amazing. Definitely recommend and WILL be returning. (Hopefully we get jahleena again)

We recently had a birthday celebration at Palm Court Restaurant, and the experience was fantastic! Jeremy was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, making everything so easy and stress-free. The food was tasty, and the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, ensuring everyone had a great time. The cook even came out to sing to the birthday guest! We couldn't have asked for a better celebration, and we will definitely be back!

Sadly we didn't get to try the food. We pulled up at 10lm to get some food and the door was locked. The lady came from behind the door, opened it and told us the kitchen was closed. This should be stated on Google. We actually drove a distance for this.
