I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Punjabi Indian restaurant. We had ordered some food through Uber Eats and also purchased additional items directly from the restaurant, thinking we could enjoy the rest of our meal by dining in. But the server lady was extremely rude and disrespectful right from the start. We politely asked if we could sit and eat, but she refused harshly and said, “It doesn’t matter if you ordered more food from here, you’re still not allowed to dine in.” When we respectfully requested again, she responded with rude and unpleasant remarks, showing zero courtesy or hospitality. It was shocking and upsetting — we weren’t being loud or demanding, just calmly trying to enjoy our food like any normal customer. Instead, we were treated with complete disrespect. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a place that represents Punjabi hospitality. No matter how good the food might be, bad behavior from staff ruins the whole experience. I do not recommend this place unless they change their approach to customer service. We won’t be returning.

There was no one at the counter to take orders — we had to call someone out from the kitchen just to place one. The staff looked tired and completely disinterested, which added to the overall disappointing experience.

The food was absolutely amazing, I ordered the goat Rara Gosht and it was exploding with spice and flavour! Big chunks of slow cooked goat that just melted in my mouth. Highly recommend trying this dish. The naan bread was on another level all together. Can’t wait to try other dishes on the menu.
I ordered the butter chicken from here a while back and got severe diarrhea from it as well as vomiting. The food was delicious but it made me sick
