I honestly haven’t ordered from here in over ten years. Yet, nothing has changed, in the best way possible. The staff answering the phone and the delivery driver were so polite and kind, above and beyond.
The food was the same reliable delicious taste, just as it was ten years ago.
I can only hope they stick around for another ten years!!!!

Polish Food Hot and Deli is a well-loved local restaurant that offers authentic and homemade Polish cuisine. The food is described as comfort food that reminds diners of their mother's home cooking. The menu features delectable dishes such as perogies, smokies, Polish deluxe combo, cabbage rolls, and chicken kabobs, all praised for their exceptional taste and quality. Customers appreciate the quick service, friendly staff, and the cozy, mom-and-pop shop atmosphere of the establishment. This family-run spot has been a staple in Oshawa for decades, with many enjoying their food since the 1980s. It is often compared to a bar mleczny in southern Ontario, offering classic counter service with dishes garnished lavishly with sour cream and onion. The retro interior and friendly proprietors add to its charm, making it a taste of the old world in a modern strip mall. While most dishes are praised, some reviews mention that the meat like shish kebab and sausage can be dry and buns may not be fresh, but overall, the restaurant remains a beloved destination for those seeking genuine Polish comfort food. Whether you're craving traditional dishes or a quick bite, Polish Food Hot and Deli is a must-try spot.
