Love the rolled ice cream here but the prices could have been lower.

Missed my cheese cake order on the slide and was told that it’d be added this time, even go to business card from the person to show me that it would and the Min that I spoke to on the phone just hung up on me. Absolutely awful customer service have no idea why you even tried cause I tried to redeem what I had left, and they just literally ignored me and I wonder you know what my order will be this time. Horrible service.

I’ve always enjoyed Roll Me Up Ice Cream — their desserts are great and I’ve had good experiences before. But during my recent visit, I was disappointed with the service and attitude.

I ordered a latte and simply asked if it was a hot drink. The server replied sarcastically, “Yeah, latte is supposed to be hot.” Later, he brought the drink topped with whipped cream and a straw. From its appearance, it looked like something reasonably warm and ready to drink — not piping hot. Unfortunately, it was extremely hot and burned my mouth.

When I mentioned this to the server, his response again was dismissive — “Yeah, it’s supposed to be hot.” It wasn’t about the temperature; it was about the lack of concern and tone.

I still like this place for its food, but a little more politeness and care in customer interaction would make the experience much better.
