Roll Me Up Ice Cream & Desserts - Oshawa

I’ve always enjoyed Roll Me Up Ice Cream — their desserts are great and I’ve had good experiences before. But during my recent visit, I was disappointed with the service and attitude.

I ordered a latte and simply asked if it was a hot drink. The server replied sarcastically, “Yeah, latte is supposed to be hot.” Later, he brought the drink topped with whipped cream and a straw. From its appearance, it looked like something reasonably warm and ready to drink — not piping hot. Unfortunately, it was extremely hot and burned my mouth.

When I mentioned this to the server, his response again was dismissive — “Yeah, it’s supposed to be hot.” It wasn’t about the temperature; it was about the lack of concern and tone.

I still like this place for its food, but a little more politeness and care in customer interaction would make the experience much better.
