Server was excellent! Another server came along and started dusting blinds at booth ahead. Since I was facing her dust was coming onto my table as blinds were very heavy with debris. Obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Staff should know better or they are not being trained properly.

I went in at noon for the roast beef. For the 2nd time, this location had no roast beef ready...didn't know when it would be. I immediately drove to another one & got roast beef. Stay away from Harmony & Taunton SC!

Ashley was an outstanding server. She was friendly and welcoming. She was funny and cheerful. Having her serve us added to the festivities. Our meal came exactly as ordered and she was attentive throughout our visit without being intrusive. I made a special request at the end of our time which required her to make a quick decision and adjustment which she handled beautifully. Ashley is the reason we keep coming back to Swiss Chalet as opposed to other restaurants we might consider. In fact there are three other Swiss Chalets in our area to choose from bit only this one has Ashley!

I came here to have dinner with a friend and was served by Kayla. She is the best server they have at this location, her personality is very sweet and respectful. Attention to detail is great and she is very upbeat. I understand how hard it is to work in the food industry and she did great, the restaurant was absolutely packed when we came here. Hoping she gets to management one day ! Thank you Kayla for an amazing hospitable experience. We will absolutely be back for her !
