I just don’t understand how we overfill $2 coffees but we can’t fill a $5 ice cap! I understand rules but to literally see how low it is and not add more til the line is crazy. Overfill it make it a mess i don’t care I will drink it!! For this drink to go through the hands of two people or more before it gets to the customer and they still give it out is crappy. i was served by a gentleman named adi. he was very sweet, polite, and efficient. he hit every aspect of whats to be expected from customer service. my drink tasted amazing and i believe he deserves more recognition then he gets. will be coming back for sure!
