Customers often mention the helpful and kind employees, including a lovely older woman who is always cheerful in the mornings. Some issues have been noted, such as English muffins and bagels sometimes not being toasted, requiring customers to ask for double-toasting. There was also a report of the drive-through being blocked and employees sitting outside smoking, which caused delays and frustration.
