I have no expectations of prompt service when I come here; however, I was here for an hour and a half and literally was not able to get an order in.

It took them over an hour to clear the table I was sitting at which still had the last tables cups and such on it and when she did I asked for a menu, then she proceeded to walk away before I could order and literally never came back even though I saw the waitress walk past my table a few times and was unsuccessful at getting her attention. Another person seated in the same section walked up to the bar and waited for their order. I'm here to watch a game not the staff - do better.

This place will have multiple games going on, a party, and general traffic - easily over 50 people - and one server. This is not a critique of the server, who was doing AMAZING under the circumstances. The management of this place is CRUEL to put her in these conditions, literally set up to fail on every level - I am sure she is not making good tips because there’s no way she can provide amazing service with these conditions. SHAME on whoever is managing this location.

Waited over an hour for someone to come over and had to go ask for a menu ...place was dead and at 9pm on a Friday night ..food is great but service is awful.

Sat at the table for several minutes. No one came. Asked the server how to order: she said, it’s too busy and they are understaffed and it could take longer than an hour to order a Frie.

Came here to watch a hockey game of a friends familyWe got there at 3:45, had to find a dirty table to sit at and waiting until 4:25 until someone from my table finally got up and asked if our tables order could be taken, they then said yes and we had to wait another 15 minutes as a table that came in way after us got service first.She took our order, and then we weren’t spoken to until our food came much later.our order wasn’t too large as we had 1 app, 2 poutines, and a triple wing meal.the wing meal wasn’t given vegetables and when we asked for them, they brought a plate with 2 sticks of carrot, and 2 sticks of celery.one of the poutines hadn’t come out so when i asked about it, i said i don’t have my food. the waitress looked at me and said “no. it’s done. just coming” i then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for COLD food.while waiting for my order, i went to the bar to order a drink. i stood there for 20 minutes with the waitresses standing chatting in front of me, then the manager coming in and chatting with them in front of me, while they all looked at me at some point and just didn’t have the time for me i guess? The manager then told one of the girls to serve me, she said okay, he walked away, and then i still had to wait another 5 minutes for her to come take my order.probably the worst experience i’ve had at any restaurant. not worth it.

I’m not sure what happened..used to have great service and food. Once you sit down, none of the servers come up and ask if you need a menu or anything. You have to go to the bar to ask for that and even when you are lucky enough to get a menu. They don’t make an effort to come to your table to take your order. Once they take your order, you can see in the kitchen window that your food is ready but is sitting there for the next 20-30 mins…food isn’t always going to be the same quality…I will never eat here again. Waste of money and they don’t care about serving their customers.

Came down excited to watch a game and eat some food, barely any customers here yet not a single server came up to me. Server walked right by me many times and proceeded to ignore me. Tables next to me got food and drinks and even got approached many times while i sat there patiently waiting just to not be helped. Ended up not eating because for the entire 1.5 hours I was there, I was not approached once.

Prices are inflated , they don't care , tall boy is 7.50 and a pint of draft is 8.45 I believe , the girls are the best for service .

Best service in a sports bar ever...J is simply awesome!!

Terrible service...arrived to a table full of dirty dishes...45 minutes later they were still there and not a server to be heard from. Thankfully I was only there for just over an hour...going elsewhere for dinner and drinks.

New menu same cold fries.

Worst service had a long hair in my food and was told not sure how it happened as all staff has short hair and waited 20 mins for the bill and a box for food to be take. Home
