Amazing service in such a cozy atmosphere. The warmed olives were delicious!

A cozy neighbourhood vibe with good food and drink. The Brussels sprouts were exceptionally well done. I would suggest including salami in the Calabrese pizza description to avoid surprises for future guests.

This is a cute little place, perfect for a pre or post dinner drink and snack. We had the warm olives and some cocktails and wine. Good atmosphere and lots of options to choose from on the menu.

Cute, very small and intimate spot — definitely more of a cozy vibe than a full dinner destination. The space is charming, but the tables are quite small and rounded in a way where drinks can easily slide off if you’re not careful. If you’re planning to eat, I’d recommend trying to get a table in the back or sitting at the bar. Also, make reservations because the space is tiny and fills up quickly.

Food-wise, it was okay overall — nothing that really stood out as a must-return-for dish. The sliders were good and the cacio e pepe was solid, but not particularly memorable. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the fungi pizza twice because the dough was undercooked. The first time we mentioned it, the team was extremely apologetic (even the chef was surprised) and they remade it right away. The second one still came out undercooked, so it seemed like something may have been off with the dough that night — and unfortunately it wasn’t edible.

That said, the service really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and encouraged us to order anything else we wanted instead, which we appreciated. We ended up getting the steak, which was cooked perfectly, along with great salty skinny fries and a side salad. Cocktails were good and the wine list was unique as well.

While I probably wouldn’t return specifically for the food, I genuinely appreciated how the team handled the situation. That level of service and accountability really sets a high bar in the restaurant industry.

Food and wine were good the decor is different which was fun I wanted to try several plates but didn’t this place is 3 stars for me because the servers were weirdly condescending. From the minute we arrived it felt like they didn’t want us there so I ordered a couple small things and left. Won’t be back as a result.

I’ve really tried to have this place warm up to me. I live around the corner and I’ve been in three times and it’s always been a poor customer service experience. It feels as though the staff are only attentive to the regulars and are slow for everyone else. The service alone has killed it for me, which sucks bc it is a cozy environment.

I’ve lived in Stockholm, Oxford, Sydney and this wine bar is world class. The wines, the ambiance, food and service… but you have to just be there.. don’t listen to me :) An Ottawa treasure.

Cozy, cute, and eclectic little spot. The food was excellent—loved the pizza and steak, and the brussel sprouts we shared were a standout. Great wine options. Service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. A great find!

Not a wine bar as suggested, just a small restaurant that has wine. My red was served warm and with a piece of cork in it. Service was very slow. Music/atmosphere not great. Ended up leaving to go to better spot instead of ordering food as we had intended.
