Great , cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Amazing and tasty food. The cheese platter, grilled halloumi and chocolate desert were excellent, served quickly and with friendly smiles. One glass of wine led to a bottle...Sensational wine and drink menu. A hidden gem in the Glebe.Vegetarian options: Excellent cheese platter with lots of homemade bread, delicious chutney and fruit. The grilled halloumi comes with other veggies and is perfectly seasoned.

Amazing atmosphere, intimate, cozy and fun. The steak was perfect, my Gin Martini to start was exactly how I like it, and such a great selection of wines.Doesn't hurt that the proprietor is probably the nicest, bubbliest person I have met, and that the service was 5 stars.... I highly recommend.

The evening was perfect. The food was delicious, we both ordered the Steak & Frites. Both were cooked to perfection. The dessert ( chocolate pear cake) was a wonderful finish to a great meal. Highly recommend this place.

This place is a favorite stop in for a quaint space to chat, grab a bite and share a beverage. I've been going here on and off for quite some time and it's one of my go-tos. The food menu has a bit of everything, the wine list, well equipped and the ambiance is great. It can get quite loud however due to its compact size and density of seating. I know where to sit to avoid too much commotion and chaos at this point but if you sit in the back against the wall, you may notice the decibel levels rising too high. Overall a sweet spot!Vegetarian options: Halloumi cheese, gnocchi without pancetta, fries.

The food is fantastic, great vibes, perfect for a romantic date. I asked if I would receive the food before a certain time because I had plans for the rest of the night and the staff made sure to get it to me in time. 10 out of 10 service!

I've come to the fourth avenue wine bar many times over the years and have usually had a positive experience. However I've found the normally chill ambiance that once drew me here is now gone. I will not be back.

Excellent dinner and experience. Limited food menu but all dishes are delicious. Five star hospitality from Julia and Melanie. Wonderfully friendly neighbourhood wine bar feel. You won’t be disappointed.

ATTENTION: -please be on stand by for hosting/patience, regarding the "Official Justice for Justin: Cork Crawl '22-23' ...he will appreciate the warm reception as he is...very upset. -First he took all of his dress socks out of the drawer and demanded they be handwashed in agave extract cleaning solution, x2 to get rid of the "bad bad charm" he feels has been cast upon him. He is also quite vocal with the, unfortunate , remarks i.e. "Holy halibut [~I Just. Trud.~] feel like i just hit the h3ll hole on the head sh/ttin the cellar from the 16th floor ..!"...etc. -the reason we are trying to steer him onto the wine-route is that it would be a down shift for him from the port & orange crush ['five ace florida flushes' he calls them] he has been downing since he got home last night. Anyh0w, u get the jist of the scene...a+ ~alfred

Quaint spot with a really nice, small menu. We had steak frites and black cod and they were delicious. The salads were fresh and yummy. Staff lovely. Highly recommend.
