3 Brasseurs - Sparks

In a place that should be highlighting their beer this place gets by on location and outside seating I suspect. The beer overall was disappointing. Of the three IPAs on tap (almost 1/3 of the beer on offer) 2 were oxidized. No real dark beer on tap and the red was disappointing. If you're looking for good beer this ain't the place. However the service was good and the food was OK. I will concede the beer was cheap.

Just finished a work event at 3 Brasseurs-Sparks; large crowd! We got there early & were greeted by Val--& that's about all you need to know. We were treated like royalty! Despite the chaos around us our orders were taken & delivered promptly & accurately. The hot food was delivered hot & the (excellent) beer arrived cold :-) We never lacked for personal attention. Every option was explained with patience & good humour. Summary: excellent food, outstanding beer, and exceptional service--thanks to Val!

We were served by Val. Impeccable service, she was very informative and funny. Cracked a few jokes which made our visit even more memorable.

Good Experience

We called in advance to ask if they could accommodate about 50 people and they said yes. Let’s just say it took almost 1hr for my brandy on ice to arrive and nearly 2hrs for my soup and 8 wings. The wings did not have any veggies. We complained to the manager and he showed up once afterwards. He didn’t care nor did he even help out with the billing. It’s a nice place but likely not good for larger groups l.

We had beer and poutine here, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was very slow—we waited about 30 minutes for our poutine. The portion size was small, and the taste didn’t meet our expectations. I’ve been to the Montreal branch before, and this location didn’t come close in terms of quality.

Nice patio. Great drinks. We went a Tuesday during happy hour and the prices were quite reasonable both normal and happy hours price. The Flamm carnivore was delicious as well. They accommodated a large party reservation on the patio which was great too.

Service from Adam B was exceptional. Attentive but not intrusive, amazing personality. And just a chill guy.

Food is ok to say the least. Beer is great. Service from Geraldo and Mackenzie is perfect. Wouldn’t go there if they aren’t serving.
