3 Brasseurs - Sparks

I recently visited 3 Brasseurs on Sparks Street and had an overall 3/5 dining experience. The classic chicken wings were excellent – perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, but comparing to its Tiny portion was very expensive.

However, the steak frites were just mediocre. While the portion size was fairly big the steak was way greasier than I expected.

The Scandiflamm was also underwhelming. The concept was interesting, but crust was so thin and the salmon didn’t add the freshness I expected.

Overall, 3 Brasseurs is a super mediocre place for foods.

Visiting from out of town, stumbled across this place. Our server Tara went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top notch. Thanks again Tara! :)

This place has a nice atmosphere and the food and drinks are decent, but I found it a bit overpriced for what you get. Service was on the slower side which took away from the overall experience. Not terrible but not sure if I would rush back.

Found ourselves at 3 Brasseurs when visiting Ottawa from Aus, was a great vibe & food was delicious.
Best service in Canada hands down was from Desiree, she was the best.

In rush hour if ur alone they ignore u except the latin lady (sorry if i couldnt guessed it right ur awesome).

Ordered Chorizo, white beer, Safire cocktail, all tastes great. The marinate on Chorizo could be fresher, tuna tarta is smaller portion than I expected. Poutine tastes good, cheese cake okay, deep fried outside, hot inside.

Had a great time with friends and family at the bar. Amazing service, as always, from our usual bartender Chris, he’s very attentive, remembers our usual orders and tendencies. Always helpful with our questions or queries. Will be coming back for sure.

Chris has been our bartender for as long as we have been coming here, he has been incredibly friendly and helpful! He memorized our usual orders and suggests new things to try based on what we like. We have discovered new drinks that we love thanks to him. Truly a great person and a great bartender!!
