Personally I didn't find anything special with there menu or food taste. Prices are better. Service is good to. Fries in the poutine was too soft. A bit more crunchy would be better.

I’ve given Three Brothers multiple chances this year (at least four visits), usually because I work nearby and it’s one of the few spots open late. Unfortunately, every time I’ve eaten here I ended up feeling unwell afterwards. That’s not just me, friends and others in the community have said the same.
The food doesn’t taste fresh, and for a restaurant that promotes itself as “#1 in Ottawa,” the quality control really isn’t there. Shawarma should leave you satisfied, not with digestive issues. When people consistently notice the same thing, it’s a sign something is off whether it’s the handling, storage, or ingredients being used.
Instead of overhyping, the focus should be on improving food safety, freshness, and consistency. Ottawa has a lot of great shawarma options, and Three Brothers just isn’t measuring up.

The worst shawarma I ever had, the chicken uncooked and cold, it was so bad I couldn’t eat it, they charged me 14$ for a sandwich,
