This place’s cleanliness has gotten worse and worse, nowhere near what it was in 2024. The tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. If the dine-in area can be this dirty, it’s hard to imagine what the kitchen looks like. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

If the app fails to load a deal or has issues they wont honor it like McDonald's or BK. Its always too cold. Atmosphere sucks. A speaker with music doesn't make up for a good atmosphere. It feels so.. cold... there's no green, no warmth.

There is a $9.99 teen burger deal being advertised on TV but this was not offered up front. After inquiring they gave me the deal but still put the old price on the terminal and because I didn't suspiciously check the price I paid $16 instead. Watch yourselves fellow customers.

I had ordered with a bunch of my friends. I had specifically ordered the cruncher chicken burger and I ended up giving it back to them because there was blood in my chicken. The staff corrected everything and in the end we all left happy. The supervisor was very polite.

A&W can beat inflation. Lots of burgers under 5 CAD which are tasty and supply enough calories. Teen Burger, Buddy burgers are highly recommended 👌 for price conscious folks

It took about 15 minutes to give my order in the drive thru, from there it took another 10 minutes to get my food. I had ordered bacon cheese uncle burger meal and an order of onion rings. When I got to the window I was told that I wasn't charge for fries. Service there was awful and don't plan on ever going back

Unfortunately, the quality at this location has declined significantly. During this mornings visit, the sausages were undercooked and overly greasy while the scrambled eggs were served lukewarm rather than hot. The bacon which was previously a highlight, was served in much smaller strips and arrived cold. The hash browns were passable but far too greasy. Even the coffee, though freshly brewed, was bitter. It was so hot that it could not be enjoyed for several minutes. The only positive note were the tomatoes. Fresh.
The dining environment was also uncomfortable. The A/C was set unreasonably high, making it unpleasant to sit and eat. I actually had to step outside to warm up.
Given today's menu prices, we reasonably expect a properly prepared and enjoyable meal. This experience did not meet that standard. I also attempted to share my concerns with A&W's head office in Vancouver. Unfortunately their phone system directed me to an online survey link that repeatedly looped without allowing me to connect with anyone directly. This lack of customer service was discouraging. Overall, the combination of poor food quality, uncomfortable atmosphere & unresponsive support made this a disappointing visit. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, but have my doubts.

Another complete failure franchise to kanata north community and high tech hub. Initially well managed and locally staffed. I dont like giving negative reviews but truths needs to brought our locals and people doing business in our community! Overall this establishment receives negative feedback. Thank you 🙏

The ladies washroom is closed not functional and the one for persons with accessibility ♿ needs wasn't clean. Apart of that, the environment looks attractive
