I've been to 4 a&w restaurants. In the past month, 3 out four I would never eat that again. Dislocation on Bank Street is one of the three. The service is below part I went through the drive through. They didn't give me a receipt for my purchase I bought two teen burgers . Both we're disgusting not sure if they are the cheaper beef or something. I'm not sure if this bacon is supposed to look like this but it was gross. Friday I have the same thing at Saint Laurent mall a&w. And it was perfect, the one on Heron road. It is the same thing as this one on Bank. Bad food bad service.

The absolute slowest drive through I have ever waited in.
I waited so long that I had more than enough time to write this review before I got anywhere near the front of the line. I have since gone back to update it to include my entire experience.
I initially wrote the review and stayed that I had been parked in the drive through for 10 minutes and was still 4 cars away. I was clearly already frustrated. Things got worse.
I waited another 15 minutes to the front of line. In total it took 25 minutes for the restaurant to service a fairly small number of cars.
When I finally got to the window to pay it was clear that the woman operating the window was also doing several other jobs in the restaurant. When I was finished paying with the machine, she had left and I was stuck holding the machine waiting even longer before I could finally leave with my lacklustre burger.
I still cannot understand how any of that could possibly happen. I could have eaten at a sit down restaurant and had a sandwich in that time. I will never, ever be back and A&W should close down that franchise immediately. I usually enjoy the food and experience. After reading the other reviews, this is clearly not a one time occurrence at this franchise.
Don’t stop here if you have any upcoming meetings. When I first stopped I was 10 minutes ahead of schedule. I ended up being 15 minutes late and cancelled my meetings. There is no way to escape the drive through lane once you are in it. I will not return and have told everyone I know never to go to that location.

The service at this location was extremely poor! There is no enough staff to take drive through and normal dine in orders.. Because of short staff they rush through taking orders with wrong details attached. I had to wait for atleast 10 min to get my order ready.
Despite of the delay this place is not maintained properly especially the washrooms , flies dining along with you .. I didn’t have a pleasant experience and will not be visiting again.

I had such a great experience thanks to Kuika! She was incredibly friendly and nice, and the service she provided was honestly some of the best I’ve ever had at any A&W. She made the visit feel welcoming and enjoyable, and I really appreciated the effort she put into making everything smooth. Amazing service!

The service at this location was extremely poor! Not only did I wait 5 minutes before someone showed up to take my order, she then served the drive through first. Then when I was finally able to order my burger and drink I did not receive my receipt. I then waited for too long for my burger while 2 vehicles drove through the drive through and received their orders. All this during an extremely slow time of day! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

horrible service. had a 30 minute lunch break, spent 7 minutes just waiting for someone to take my order. they prioritize drive thru. and overall just disgusting because no one is wearing gloves while making the food. you can see them wiping their foreheads and touching their noses, then grabbing your food. i’m not expecting a 2 minute wait or fully clean place, but at least wear gloves…

Their frozen drink machine has been broken for so long I can’t even remember anymore. It’s disheartening and honestly completely pathetic that the owner can’t even care enough to fix it during summer. Writing a lie and slapping it on a machine in a restaurant that’s so close to many neighborhoods as if they’re getting random foot traffic that’ll never know how long it’s been broken rather than locals that go there often. “working hard to fix” “as soon as possible” OKAAAAYYY…

I went to this location after Canada day, in the morning, I pushed the door it was locked so , I approached drive through window and ask them to let me in, guy came and unlock the door as he was unaware that door was locked, I ordered coffee mocha but they had only regular coffee,, I went to use washroom to wash my hands and there were no napkins, I checked for toilet paper and it was empty. I went back during lunch hours, bathroom was still the same, no napkins, no toilet papers. I am not sure how the employees cleaned themselves after using the washrooms and went back to kitchen. Took them long to take lunch order. I hope these things improve soon.
