This is probably the best A&W in Ottawa. Staff are friendly and fast. Food is always hot and fresh. Probably also the cleanest fast food place in the city.

It's a great location. Usually well cooked food. Unfortunately, 1 of the 4 burgers purchased during our most recent visit was cooked to resemble a hockey puck.
I appreciate they make an effort to make it healthy with apple slices instead of fries and milk as a drink.

Stopped by here at 9pm on way to somewhere and got a snack of fries and tried their frozen root beer. At that time, they gave me take out rather than dine in metal basket and glass even when I said dine in for mobile app.
Those little touches have me switching some business over since it does not feel like fast food. Interesting to try their frozen root beer, but I think I prefer their regular diet root beer or one of the smoothies.
I saw they have some Pret pastriesand knowing Pret A Manger from my days in London UK where they originated and travel for work in US, I tried the plain croissants since that is my baseline to evaluate. Decent enough but not the best in town nor best I had but I lived in France for 2 years so I might be a bit picky on these since I know what real butter croissant with 3 day proofing could be. If it was handy or someone gave it to me, I would not complain, but I probably would not go out of my way to get one.
Good customer service when staff offered to warm up my croissant in the oven, which made it crispier..
Burger was okay. Poutine was okay. Chicken fingers were small and thin. Value is going down in fast food while prices sky rocket.

I was in the washroom and a guy was having a #1, I looked at his shoes and after he left he did not wash his hands, when I went out there the guy was picking up food for Uber eats. This is gross I will never ever order from uber eats.
