Every single time (without fail), they mess up my order. Do not ask for any modifications because clearly this franchise doesn’t care. A&W used to be a solid fast food choice, but they have gotten way worse over time. Stay away and save your money.

On the Fast Food 5-Star scale this comes in at the top, as good as fast food gets.Food always tastes delicious and fresh and I've never had a complaint. Inside is very clean the layout is actually quite nice for a smaller location. Staff is always very friendly and polite and I usually decide to eat inside because of the overlap great experience.Overall exactly what I want from any fast food restaurant.

Upon ordering at this branch, we thought they would be accommodating like any other stores we go. We love A&W as the food is good and we usually get good service but so far this is the worst service we have experienced. They are not efficient and the customer service is horrible. They claim they're busy and couldn't accommodate our added orders. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has not been here.
