I recently visited A&W and found the food to be okay, but I was quite concerned about the hygiene standards during food preparation. None of the staff were wearing gloves, and the girl who made our order was handling everything bare-handed. This really affected my overall experience and made me hesitant about the cleanliness of the food. I hope they take steps to improve their hygiene practices in the future.

"I received outstanding service from Sara with the polish last name that I cant remember how to spell :). I requested my breakfast sandwich with the hashbrown in the wrap only once, and she remembered my preference on subsequent visits. Her attention to detail and consistently great service have made my mornings much brighter. Highly recommended!"

Always something broken.

The older woman who works there is polite and professional. But the equipment is always broken every time we visit. Today, the fryer was out. Last time, sold out of onion rings. Very unreliable
