It's a pretty decent location and people overly criticize the service here. I'm not sure if they got new staff overtime, but they are actually really nice and give out decent service. The only time I've had an issue with the service wasn't due to rudeness or anything like that. I have severe allergies to many things in the citrus family, and there's components in certain sodas that I'm sensitive to due to the extraction of citrus. I ordered a safe drink for me, and one time I got sprite, which has components I'm sensitive to. I honestly just threw out the drink. The food is usually really good and I can tell they are constantly cooking the food as the fries in particular are always hot, which indicates freshness to a degree. So, thats good. The only problem I had with there food was the onion rings one time, where the batter didn't seem fully cooked. I'm not to sure if it's frozen food or if it's prepared, but it was all falling apart and seemed undercooked regardless. Usually though, the food is good qualities it's just those little errors every now and then that doesn't make the place perfect, but nowhere is perfect.

It was busy and the staff were doing their best to accommodate everyone! Delicious Papa Burger, perfectly seasoned onion rings and cold root beer. Exactly what you want from A&W!

Changing opening hours from 07:30 to 08:00 on week days will make their business revenue go downhill. Tim Horton's rubbing their hands and laughing.

Horrible food got breakfeast and ordered some orange juice. The orange juice was super watered down i doubt they even actually gave me OJ. And the toastes bread came with no butter at all paid $16 for breakfast and got orange flavoured water stale toast wouldnt recommend eating here unless you want to waste your money

If you can’t serve hot liquids or plated food then why are you open?

No ketchup no napkins, and the drink was half loaded.

Worst A&W ever,no ketchup even if we ask for it. Said sauces cost 50 cents. Didn’t even fill up my root beer and no ice either.
