I had a problem with my order twice. The people behind the counter tried to fix it and made a mistake again (it’s alright) I called and spoke to a gentleman named Ivan and he fixed the problem immediately and was very kind to me as well. Thank you Ivan. I appreciate your great customer service.

I came around 8:03 pm and bought 3 burgers and two of those were chicken burgers and they were so difficult to eat that we had to end up throwing them, patties were very stale and bun was also very hard as if they were sitting there for long time and moreover their drink was flat too but they were kind enough to change that but for the burgers , it wasn’t good at all.

The food was good, but the service was really lacking. The staff were rude, and they definitely need to work on their soft skills. A little smile and friendliness would go a long way!

Ordered and they had my food listed as ready. It wasn’t so I had to cancel and get a refund. They have a million Uber Eats orders. Best to preorder, don’t waste time at the cash

Finally, here you can buy onion rings. In our area, there are never any. I wanted to show my sons where their father worked in his early 20s! The food was hot. My mozza burger in a lettuce wrap was fresh.

Asked for a cup of water. I was overly hot that I eventually went to the hospital for heat stroke. All I asked for was a simple cup of water and they were wanting to charge me for the physical cup. I don’t have a quarter on me. I WAS IN NEED OF HELP AND KINDNESS. And Because of the manager and worker, I had a bad experience and my health was at risk . I am writing this now as I’m In The hospital waiting room. By the way , the hospital was kind enough to give me a cup of water and not charge me for a paper cup that’s being thrown in the garbage anyways . I was actively having heat stroke as this heartless manager denied me a simple cup of water. My health was more at risk just because you decided not to be kind. It’s a simple cup of water. I was in dire need of it.
