I was waiting for my food and through the crack of their display you can see the employees preparing the burgers without gloves and touching everything. Take a meat patty without a gloves ?♂️ Difficult to respect health standards…Also the 2 cashiers at the front work very poorly and laugh at the customers in their languages.. Just so you know they are people who understand Spanish by the way.

I came into the food court hungry with only $5 in my pocket. I saw A&W and thought I would try out there fries. This was the worst decision I made in my life. The fries tasted like I was eating deep fried playdough and it akwardly smelt like skunks??? I have been in contact with a local inspection crew as this is a great concern of those of the public

I ordered a buddy burger and when I received it I was disappointed. It was the size of my nuts clustered together. I knew something was off because the burger had a skunky type smell to it. I went in for a bite and regurgitated immediately. I don’t know what type of meat they used but it is 100% illegal.

Ordered 2 combos and 10 chicken strips and the bill came to $72! When it comes to value, this place has completely lost the plot. Perhaps A & W no longer consider themselves to be fast food but the packaging, service and venue suggest otherwise. Quality of the food is no better than Wendy's but at double the price. The cherry on top is that after paying $11 for 5 chicken strips, they have the nerve to charge 75 cents for each dipping sauce. I'm honestly flabbergasted.
