As always, my parents and I had a great breakfast experience at A&W on Hawthorne Rd. The staff are always so friendly. Christopher was so patient & helpful with my parents who are seniors. The location is always clean as well, which we really appreciate. Thanks A&W staff at this location for a very pleasant experience.

If you are thinking of going to try the new Steakhouse Teen Burger, don't. What I received was nothing like they picture it. The bacon jam had no taste of bacon but rather BBQ sauce and I was having trouble finding the peppercorn aoli on the burger bun. There was no tomato like there was supposed to be. Overall, it was not good at all. There was a very long wait to even place the order and no apology as to keeping the people waiting. I'm sure this isn't the way it is all the time, but for me, today, it sucked. I definitely got no value for my money. It was $16 dollars and change that was truly wasted.

One of the few fast food places that still serves a classic breakfast, and still tastes good. Service was FAST, and brought to our table. Pancakes were better than expected. My eggs were cooked perfectly. I subbed bacon for a buddy patty. Ambiance was as expected, with comfy chairs and tables big enough for our plates.
On top of all, the credit pay machine was not working.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from a fast food location! The guy that was serving me I think goes by the name ameal or Amiel helped me so much in suggesting the best items within the menu, showed a great attitude and was super friendly all around!! Best customer service ever!
