Food was stale. None of the staff (including those with long beards) had any hair nets on. One of the staff scratched his beard and then proceeded to package up food without washing his hands.

Good, but be very clear about what you want just saying i want that combo...can mean 3 times the same combo or a combo with 3 burgers for them. Are really quick to forget what you order (after 30 seconds...she didn't have any idea what i order). Also the spicy nashville burger is delicious but not that spicy

What happened to the staff masking policy??? The continuance of it these past few years made this location an oasis of sorts for me re: take-out food orders, esp. given health issues for myself and assorted relatives, friends and neighbours.

Potato buddy is a scam, it’s a hash brown! Where is the lettuce and tomato as advertised in picture?

I am so disappointed by the quality of the food. My fries were saltless and my burger lacked flavour. The only good thing was the sprite. I hated the burger. The lettuce was the most flavourful thing. I enjoyed the sprite.

The one thing I love about A&W is that no matter which one you go to, they are all pretty consistent. Some how this one was forgotten in whatever system they have. Pretty sure I just ate yesterday’s parties and onion rings that were reheated on a flat top or in an oven. Not sure how it happened but the onion rings were burnt on one side. Either way don’t eat here

Not a pleasant experience at this location even though I have had better times at most A&Ws. Chicken tenders were overcooked and felt like stale ones were heated and served. When I asked them to change, they seemed like lazy bunch who were asked to take extra few steps. I barely write bad reviews about food joints because everyone's doing their part but you need at least be above a certain point to please customers. I won't be going here if I'm around.

My recent visit to A&W at the mall left me with mixed feelings. We ordered breakfast and our simple request to have the sausages cut in half were denied. We asked how come they couldn’t slice the sausages. The lady stated it was against policy to cut the sausages … ??‍♀️ We didn’t end up buying the breakfast with the sausages.Ordered a basic breakfast, the food good.

Located in the Place d'Orléans food court, not very busy when I went there. The food was hot. The poutine sauce is different from that of Quebec, but very good too. For a quick meal on the way home and a brief shopping stop.

This is the last time I’ll ever eat at A&W period. What the hell happened. Ordered some famous onion rings only to receive burnt, yet somehow raw onion rings that do not resemble anything like they used too. I was told “it’s because they’re fresh and wet” . More like your oil is contaminated because you’re all too lazy to change it. The rest of the food tasted horrible. My wife’s chicken wrap had brown soggy lettuce on it. Huge waste of money. Never again. Shut it down folks.
