First time visit for me at the buffet in this neighborhood Indian restaurant on a cold and snowy day. Great selection of dishes, the vegetable curry and pakora appetizers were my particular favourites along with Chana masala, tandoori and butter chicken. I treated myself to a very good mango lassi - so good. Shoutout to our host, Monica, who patiently answered all our questions. I look forward to trying take out in the future, especially the chicken biryani.

It’s been almost 5 years in Ottawa and Aahar has been one of our go-to place for taste and quality food. They have been consistent with their authentic taste. Kadai Paneer and Aahar ke Kofta are so far my super favourite. I don’t know if they still serve moong daal halwa, best in Ottawa for sure!!
