Being from Nova Scotia, I grew up along the Bay of Fundy and knew the local fisherman, which I got fresh seafood from. The flavor of the fish we had from this food truck tasted like it just came out of the ocean. The owner was exceptionally polite and the customer service was bar none. Their concept of recycling food trays, is an excellent service as well. The servings were massive?. Definitely recommend this place to homesick maritimers?.

Best place/price in Ottawa for fresh fish and chips ! Hands down! Their lobster roll is incredible too! I must try all the other options on the menu. I’ve been telling everyone that this is the spot to go! 5 stars!

I love this food truck and have never been disappointed by an experience here. The prices are good, the food is good, and the service is good! I have been numerous times and will be going back many more. Pictured in the fish taco platter (with 1 taco already eaten). A great place for seafood lovers!

Fresh and excellent cuisine is served. Additionally, everyone on staff is really friendly. You can eat and relax in the sun anywhere there are tables and chairs with shade. If you want some beer, there is a pub a few feet away. The encounter was very pleasant.I ordered the calamari fritti and shrimp roll.

I have been here a couple of times now..Had the Calamari Fritti and fries for lunch and the fish and chips the time before...it is fresh and excellent portions...fries are fantastic as well!Friendly Service! I will be going back and highly recommend!

Best fish & chips and fish tacos in Ottawa - also love that they’re located at a local brewery so you can enjoy the patio. Service is always extremely friendly. Awesome outing, photo opp, and delicious meal with friends and family. Bell’s Corners hidden gem.

I have tried numerous fish tacos at various places in the city, and this one is excellent. I tried them at this food truck a few weeks ago and was impressed enough to go back again. The taco was a little messy to eat as there was so much stuff packed in there. The fish was very fresh and there was a very generous portion of it accompanied by various condiments which complemented the flavour of the fish. Totally worth a try in my opinion. I will be going back and happy to tell anyone I know all about it! Cheers!!Kid-friendliness: Picnic tables supplied in an enclosed area.
Excellent fish and chips. Best I have had in the city. Lobster roll was excellent too. Huge pieces of lobster! I highly recommend if you are looking for great seafood.

The lobster rolls are amazing! I just got back from Halifax and the rolls there were all 30$+ it varies by day. It’s nice to have a local place that gets fresh lobster delivered regularly.

Messenger text sent via Facebook as requested. Awaiting response.Went on a Thursday evening. Ordered 4 FISH tacos. Side note...we don't eat shrimp. Paid, added a tip. Waited for our order - comes to the table and it is 4 SHRIMP tacos. We went up to counter to tell them about the mix-up. Owner told us too bad - showed us the receipt (which we were never offered to get a copy of when we paid) which said shrimp. The payment machine only showed the cost and asked if we wanted to pay a tip.He told us it was our fault and if we want fish tacos, we have to pay for a new order. Almost $90 down the drain. Awful service. First visit and last. Be warned.

Best Fish & Chips in town!Mario and his staff go above and beyond. Everything is fresh and made right there in front of you.They make there own tortillas to order and the last time I had hand made tacos this good was in Mexico City!Thanks again and will definitely be eating here again very soon!

NEVER AGAIN -Ad MareOver-cooked fries &A mini hotdog bun lobster roll for $27+ tip = over $30 per person.Last time, we had fish and chips (not memorable) because they ran out of lobster rolls, so we had to come back to try the lobster roll.A fair serving of lobster, but it tasted like it just came out of the tin -no noticeable mayonnaise or seasoning, with a (creamy - NO) vinegar soaked little side of slaw.We reminisced, with the couple we sat with, about THE BEST LOBSTER ROLLS found on the east coast of PEI.Liked the co-location with Kitchesippi beer. We may just try the Vietnamese food truck beside Ad Mare - it had a bigger lineup.
