I went there on the 7th of August , they have the best Afghan food, as someone that had 5 Afghan restaurants of my own , I can assure and confirm that they have the most tasty, fresh and best Afghan food I have ever ate ❤️, my son is very picky, when it comes to food , he only likes homemade food BUT HE ALSO WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE FOOD, the place , the amazing service , oh and side note; I am an Afghan and no one can beat Afghan hospitality and at afghani kabob express you will feel like home 🏡, it’s a very welcoming family own business ❤️ I highly recommend the experience, we ordered the lamb shank kabuli platter, the qorma, the sultani kebab and we also had the amazing and tasty dessert, 🍨 “ firnee” ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A beautiful place to be — authentic Afghan cuisine with deliciously prepared meats, genuine service, and welcoming smiles.
I had a fantastic experience at Afghani Kabob Express. The food was incredible. The chicken and beef kabobs were cooked to perfection, very tender and flavourful. The service was very friendly, attentive, and quick making the whole experience enjoyable! Highly recommended and I definitely will be back!

I've between to many Afghan restaurants all over ontario and ottawa and this has been one of the best.
The kebab was soft and perfectly seasoned and cooked.
The salad traditional was afghani style with a variety of chopped veggies topped with a touch of freshly squeezed lemon, unlike most places that just toss in a pile of old lettuce.
The bread was soft and delicious, freshly baked in house.
The staff were polite and helpful, and, I think managed, by a kind older aghani lady, who gave us and other customers free salad and drinks without prompting.
