I love all the food that Al-Noors bakery. This is the only bakery I buy my pies. I think they are the best in all Ottawa. I drive all the way from Kemptville for there food. The service is amazing and the staff are always welcoming and very kind. I highly recommend Al-Noor bakery.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store and will never go there again. The staff are incredibly rude and often speak among themselves in their own language, which made me feel uncomfortable and excluded as a customer. I was left wondering if they were discussing customers inappropriately. On my last visit, I saw a cockroach crawling across the display of cheese pies—absolutely disgusting! When I pointed it out to the owner, he ignored me completely and tried to change the subject, which made me feel disrespected. I've already reported this to Health Canada, as this is a serious health concern.The bathrooms are filthy as well, and shockingly, one of them even has a dough machine inside! I’m appalled at the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene standards here. This store clearly does not care about its customers' well-being. Avoid this place at all costs!

I had my first experience at this bakery, and it was incredibly disappointing. The customer service was shockingly poor. I placed my order correctly, but there was a miscommunication among the staff, and I was charged for someone else's order. To make matters worse, I overheard them laughing in their language, which felt very inappropriate.
When I approached the cashier, he was whistling at me to take my order instead of using polite communication. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I also asked about zaatar, and the staff didn’t respond at all. Overall, the lack of professionalism and proper customer relations was unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
