Never ordering from this place again , I used to order from this place long time ago & they used to be so good but I don’t know what happened, I ordered three or four times this year , the first and second time I got my pie dry I didn’t say anything . But third time is unacceptable so you lost me as a customer and I can’t imagine how many you have lost.

I highly recommend Aladdin Bakery. Great service and welcoming staff with smiles that are lacking in many places I have visited recently. The food is the best there is in Ottawa.

I went there because I wanted some Lebanese pies. Unfortunately the only accept cash so I wasn't able to get any but it did smell really good when I walked into the place so it must be a good place to go. I'll have to return with some cash and give them a try. Is that where really friendly.

Why are you closing at 8 PM?
This is honestly ridiculous for a business in this area. Every time people try to grab something after work or later in the evening, the place is already shut down. It’s bad for the community, bad for customers, and definitely bad business.
In 2025 almost 2026 no restaurant should be closing this early unless they want to chase customers away. Super inconvenient and honestly embarrassing hours for a location that could be doing so much better.

Whenever I am in the city early in the morning my place to go has always been Aladdin.
They have always been my favorite to get a cheese and meat pie. The price is right and the taste never disappoint. Their cheese pies are so just as delicious. Quick service.
