I rarely give a 5 star review, but this place deserves it.

Attend a clinic nearby for treatment and after every appointment, I have to stop by and get either a meat & cheese pie or spinach pie or other selection. The food is so fresh and warm, you could feel the worst (which you do feel after treatment) and food warms your soul from within.

The prices have increased, but still remain affordable. Please continue doing what you do.

Just vooov ! They are absolutely amazing ! They add some beef for me to the Pizza on the Menu and made some delicious . I am for sure recommending them to everyone . It’s just so tasty . This guys are gem for Ottawa .

This was our go-to spot whenever we craved meat pies. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school and never had an issue. Unfortunately, this recent experience was terrible. My husband ordered meat pies for us and the kids and within three hours, we all experienced symptoms of food poisoning. It was especially hard for my kids due to the severity of the symptoms. I’m very concerned about the food safety and quality here and hope they take this issue seriously. Sadly, I can’t recommend it anymore based on this experience.

Listen, I don’t know what they bake into these meat pies, but every time I try to drive by Aladdin’s, I literally black out.

I tried to think back to what happened, and all I vaguely remember is being asked what I’m having. I keep telling myself just one this time, just one - yea, right - “I’ll take six!” I blurt out between gasps.

Cut to me, sprawled outside on the curb, covered in crumbs and surrounded by empty wrappers. Deep breathing, having just inhaled the most exquisite cheesy meat to within seconds of asphyxiation. No sandwich has yet survived the drive home.

Honestly, I’m happy to fall every single time for these pastry-induced benders. There is no better take-out in the city — If you see me there, mind your business.

I recently ordered and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, part of my order was missing, which is frustrating when you’re expecting a complete meal.

On top of that, the food that did arrive was well below standard. leaking “It was cold, tasted stale, and lacked any real flavour.” For the price, I expected far better quality.

I’m really disappointed with my experience.

Came here to try a meat & cheese pie after seeing someone talk about it on TikTok.

I don't know what the meat is but it was pretty good. I think it was some kind of beef. I especially liked the crispy edges and melty cheese. The guy ahead of me ordered his extra spicy with extra lemon so I did too because he looked like he knew what he was doing. The meat tasted like some kind of a ground meat paste. Hard to describe. But still good. We also got a spinach and cheese pie but I didn't really see any cheese in it so we maybe got the wrong one. In any case it was spinach and had Zaatar in it and I liked the flavour in that too though we couldn't eat them all because the pie was actually quite filling.

Service is takeout counter. The girl was super sweet on the cash. Food doesn't take long either.

They do make some gluten free products but can't guarantee no cross contamination so if you are okay with that, check them out for that too.

Great option for a cheap bite.

Great food at an amazing price! Service is always friendly. Make sure you either bring cash, or know you will have to order and pay online, no debit or credit in store. On top of the hot food amazing selection of drinks and snacks too.
