Finally, a Korean-focused restaurant that isn't bbq. There are plenty of options that I think everyone will find something they will like. Food portions are very good and the price is very reasonable. It is a great of you are hungry and looking for a place to eat with friends. Please note that the downtown location is closing down so this is the only location available now.

I ordered Chicken Katsu. What I got was a piece of deep-fried chicken (as in commercial chicken burger style) covered in a mild tomato sauce. Farthest thing from Chicken Katsu that I have ever experienced. Also had beef Galbi which was simply galbi ribs broiled under broiler rather than bar-b-qued. I will never go back to this place (after eating there for years!!!) They are going out of business at the Rideau location at end of this month and it shows. Hopefully their other location learns from this posting.

Completely terrible experience. Awful. First, my family and I arrived relatively early, when there was not a lot of other customers. However, we were still rarely serviced - we had to find the waiter on our own in order to order our food. Then, when our food finally arrived, they did not give us any of their side dishes (potato, kimchi, etc.) and we had to ask for it. Worst of all, they claim they have wifi, yet my child spent almost an hour searching for their network. ‘alirang guest’ was not even discoverable, the only wifi being their family network. There was not many customers either - many tables were empty. My issue with this is that if you will not provide wifi that is accessible to others, do not write it under your store description!

Had an excellent food journey at thisrestaurant! My husband and I lovedevery dish we ordered. Dumplings,Kimchi Pancake, The Army soup (can feed 4), and Bulgogi Bibimbap.All very well priced for portion size.Looking forward to trying other menu items!
Visiting here when i wanna have some a actual meal ( like rice, protein and veggies).Very reasonable price, the food comes fast, get in table quickly even they are busy.Always go home with a happy stomach..Highly recommend.
First time here and won't be my last. We really liked the Potato Gamjatang and I look forward to trying their other versions. Bulgogi Bibimbap and Pork Katsu were also both very tasty. Service and atmosphere were also very good. Enjoy.
